StardustTV downloader: save public episodes

StardustTV series resolve from the page's own Nuxt data; the free window is marked before download and each episode is assembled from its H.264 HLS stream.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Short-drama downloader FAQ

Answers about supported links, failed pages, formats, and access limits.

Which StardustTV links can I paste?

Any /episodes/ page on stardusttv.net that opens without signing in, including locale-prefixed ones such as /zh-Hant/. The series title, intro, cover and the complete episode list come from the page's own Nuxt payload, so one request resolves the whole catalogue.

Why are some StardustTV episodes shown as locked?

Paid rows are marked `is_vip` and ship no media address at all. Only episodes that are free and have a playlist are selectable; the rest stay in the grid as locked placeholders. On the sample series episodes 1–10 are public and episode 11 starts the paid window.

What file do I get from a StardustTV episode?

One MP4 per episode, assembled in your browser from the H.264 HLS stream without re-encoding. StardustTV also publishes a HEVC adaptive stream, but mux.js cannot remux HEVC, so this tool deliberately uses the H.264 rendition.

Do StardustTV media links expire?

The playlists are not signed with a time-limited token, but the adapter still re-reads the episode page for every download, so a queue that runs for a while keeps using current addresses.
